Picerne Military Housing has invested in the future of Randolph Pointe. We anticipate wear and tear and have budgeted funds to be set aside for capital improvements throughout our 50 partnership. Enhancements like new appliances, flooring replacement and fresh paint will ensure the community is kept up to date and in good working condition.

For more immediate concerns, Randolph Pointe residents will also enjoy 24-hour professional maintenance services performed by a dedicated staff to include a carpenter, electrician, plumber and heating and air conditioning repair specialist.

As future housing standards and trends evolve, so too will Randolph Pointe. A redevelopment program will be initiated in 2030, for instance, during which the apartments and clubhouse will be fully renovated. Additionally, in the year 2050, the community will be entirely rebuilt.

Phase 1 of the community consists of 13 buildings containing 312 one and two-bedroom apartment homes. Phase 2 will be capable of adding 9 buildings containing an additional 216 one and two-bedroom apartment homes.
