Picerne Military Housing

Picerne Military Housing is committed to providing America's military with the quality homes, apartments, neighborhoods and communities they deserve. To accomplish this goal, Picerne Military Housing has partnered with the U.S. Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) to develop, build, own and maintain on-post single soldier and family housing that enhances service members' quality of life across seven different military installations: Forts Bragg, Meade, Polk, Riley, Rucker, Sill and Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Randolph Pointe
Quote From John Picerne

Fort Bragg's Randolph Pointe is one of five Army pilot programs approved in August 2007 to assess the benefits of privatizing senior single or unaccompanied Soldier housing.

Funding for Randolph Pointe was made possible by Picerne through Bragg Communities, LLC, the public-private partnership between Fort Bragg and Picerne Military Housing as part of the Residential Communities Initiative (RCI).

As the developer-partner for military housing at Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base, Bragg Communities, LLC, can offer the economies of scale and professional expertise of on-post housing development, construction and management to construct and maintain an apartment community for bachelor officers and senior enlisted bachelor Soldiers in a cost-effective manner.

Partnership with the Army

At Randolph Pointe, senior single or unaccompanied service members will benefit from $43 million of construction and development with no equity provided by the government. Private sector funding, not tax dollars, is being used to construct the community.

In addition to being a "no-cost" initiative, the benefits of this privatized community are obvious. Soldiers and Airmen will enjoy the amenities of an "off-post" apartment with the enhanced convenience, value and security of on-post living.
